• The product is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The product must be suitable for resale.
• If the product you received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description provided, you are entitled to a full refund.

Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team through our online chat (Tidio) available on our website. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

2.Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item through our our online chat (Tidio). The product must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

3.Custom Products

Please note that custom products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4.Shipping Times

Most of our products are shipped directly from China, with an estimated shipping time of 15 days. Please note that some products are handmade and may require an additional 3-5 days for crafting.
